1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and kk99 ("kk99", "we", "us", "the Platform") with respect to your use of the website located at kk99.lat and all associated services, games, features, and content made available through the kk99 platform (collectively, the "Service").

Access to and use of the Service is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. By clicking "Register", "Sign In", placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.

These Terms should be read alongside the kk99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with kk99 or to use any real-money feature of the Service. kk99 strictly enforces this requirement. If you are under 18 years old, you are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any bets. kk99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the kk99 platform is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. kk99 does not represent or warrant that use of the Service is lawful in any particular location. Users from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to use the Service.

2.3 Single Account Rule. Each eligible individual may register only one (1) kk99 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Accuracy of Information. When registering your kk99 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are required to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account. kk99 may request documentary verification of any information provided at any time.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kk99 login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. kk99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify kk99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC). kk99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or before certain account features are unlocked. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.4 Account Closure. kk99 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or failure to satisfy eligibility requirements.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kk99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

4.2 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that you own legitimately. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your kk99 account within minutes. Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on the payment provider. kk99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals from verified kk99 accounts are processed as promptly as operationally possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15–60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–4 business hours. kk99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Withdrawal to Own Account. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in the same name as the kk99 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

4.6 Minimum Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the kk99 cashier page and are subject to change. kk99 does not accept deposits below the published minimum.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Rules. All bets and wagers placed on kk99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. These rules are published within each game and on relevant betting pages of the kk99 platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

5.2 Bet Acceptance. kk99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including where kk99 suspects that the bet is placed in breach of these Terms, involves match-fixing, or is placed using information advantages not publicly available.

5.3 Errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or payout calculations, kk99 reserves the right to void the affected bet or wager and refund the stake. kk99 is not obligated to honour payouts resulting from manifest errors.

5.4 Disconnection. kk99 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections, internet outages, or device failures on the user's end during an active game session. Where a game is interrupted before completion, kk99's game rules will determine how the hand, spin, or round is settled.

5.5 RNG Integrity. All casino games on kk99 use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are mathematical long-run averages and do not guarantee results in any individual session. Gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General. kk99 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, and other promotions to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented.

6.2 Eligibility. Bonus offers are available only to players who satisfy the eligibility criteria specified for each individual promotion. kk99 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.

6.3 Abuse. kk99 reserves the right to withdraw or void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse of promotional offers is suspected, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or using betting patterns designed to arbitrage bonus conditions rather than engage in genuine gameplay.

6.4 Expiry. Bonuses and free play credits are subject to expiry dates. Unused bonus funds that have expired will be removed from your account without compensation.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Player Responsibility. Gambling is a form of entertainment that carries financial risk. kk99 strongly encourages all players to set personal spending limits and to treat gambling strictly as a recreational activity. Players should never gamble with money they cannot afford to lose.

7.2 Available Tools. kk99 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings without requiring support contact: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); loss limits; session time reminders; reality check pop-ups; temporary cool-off periods; and permanent self-exclusion.

7.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the kk99 platform may do so via account settings or by contacting kk99 support. Permanently excluded accounts will not be re-opened under any circumstances during the exclusion period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kk99 platform:

• Registering more than one account for yourself or on behalf of another person without authorisation;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during verification;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the kk99 platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any other activity designed to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, money laundering, or other illegal means;
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in kk99's platform or games;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening kk99 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Using the kk99 platform for any purpose that is unlawful in the user's jurisdiction.

kk99 reserves the right to immediately close accounts engaged in prohibited conduct and to withhold any balances pending investigation. Where illegal activity is suspected, kk99 may report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the kk99 platform, including but not limited to the kk99 name, logo, game content, software, text, graphics, interfaces, and data compilations, is the property of kk99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any kk99 content without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The kk99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kk99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted operation of the Service, the accuracy of odds or information, or the fitness of the Service for any particular purpose.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kk99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds due to gambling outcomes, service interruptions, or data loss.

10.3 kk99's maximum aggregate liability to any individual user in respect of any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data

kk99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the kk99 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. kk99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

kk99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be posted on the kk99 website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where changes are material, kk99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from your use of the kk99 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kk99 is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact kk99 support to seek resolution through kk99's internal complaints process before pursuing any other remedy. kk99 will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction as a consumer.
